This summer you can wear whatever you want, but I hope it’s something that lets you swim, splash and play with your family so that you’re part of the fun, part of the memories, and part of the adventure. Because life’s too short to sit on the sidelines!
Unless you're truly looking at mental footage to see how you can do better, Monday morning quarterbacking accomplishes nothing. So yes, do your best to rise above, but dwelling on how you could have done better isn't worth the anxiety 99% of the time.
So I challenge you this summer to set some goals. And to make it more fun, I’m framing them into something I’m calling the 1000 – 100 – 10 challenge! You heard that right, I am challenging you to do 1000, 100, and 10 of 3 different things over the course of this summer. I promise you won’t be sorry!
