On Saturday, December 2nd we had a jolly afternoon at the YWCA Greater Green Bay visiting with Santa and participating in crafts and games! And, we can’t forget the delicious cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee. The afternoon would not have been possible without our wonderful community partners.
The Photography
Trista Klein Photography is AMAZING! Each family received a digital image with Santa. She captured precious candid shots as well as the classic portrait. You can check out the gallery of pictures from the event here. Be sure to check out her website and FB page.
And, a GIANT THANK YOU to the wonderful Squid Photography for capturing the afternoon for us.
The Fun
Face Painting by Lori made the day extra special with her out-of-this world talent. The kids lit up seeing their faces decorated with festive designs.
Gnome Games provided fun and interactive activities for the whole family. Still doing some Christmas shopping? Stop by a Gnome Games location and cross some people off your list!
The YWCA provided an obstacle course area for the kids that was an instant hit! They burned off a lot of energy!
Kids also had the opportunity to make a Santa Beard and Magic Reindeer Food as well as write the big guy a letter! So much fun!
The Deliciousness
The cookies provided by Festival Foods and Costco were every bit as delicious as they were beautiful. And, the hot chocolate and coffee provided by Dunkin Donuts was a perfect pairing. Yummm!
The Giveaways
Thank you to Jake’s Pizza and the De Pere Cinema for providing awesome giveaways.
Laura Warren won the De Pere Cinema family four pack and gift certificate while Ken Abendroth was the winner of the gift certificate to Jake’s Pizza.
The Green Bay Police Department
We are so fortunate the Green Bay Police Department was on hand to hand out tattoos and stickers. The kids loved it…a wonderful way to interact with the community!
Thank you!
Thank you to everyone who attended. We hope you had as much fun as we did. See you next year!
