We normally eat dinner at 6:30, and then it's time to put my infant to bed. Right after that, it is my toddler's bed time. And by that point, my husband and I are wore out and just want to veg out and have some time to talk about our days. But it is hard to fully relax because the dishes are hanging over our heads. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I found a great option: the one-pot meal!
Green Bay may have a small town feel but as I look around I notice the big city problems. I see the man on the freezing street looking for a little food. Do I pretend I don't notice him? Thoughts immediately enter my head. I really should stop. But what if it isn't safe? It's a busy road, lots of people would see if something happened... Oh no the light is green, it's too late anyway. And there I go... How many of you can relate to me?
It’s that time of the year again. The time when we lose our husbands to the grunt of the bucks. All of their time planting food plots, cutting shooting lanes, hanging deer stands and preparing their clothes by hanging them in the woods will soon pay off. And hopefully, you’ll have a picture of your proud husband with his prize and a freezer full of venison.
I was 16 years old when we met. Do you remember? I walked into that Holiday gas station with a few of my friends and there you were. It was as though you spoke to me even though you hadn't said a word. You looked so hot that day. I cut across the store so that I could be near you. We were so close that I noticed how amazing you smelled. My life was forever changed that day.
Let’s cut to the chase. Moms are BUSY. Just you reading this means your kiddos are sleeping, not with you at the moment, or you need just 2 minutes of mommy time as they are tying your shoelaces together...
