Nicolet Park is a great park with amazing equipment for kids to play on. The park is fenced on the University Ave side so there is no worry that your kids will run into the busy street. There is plenty of green space to play in also.
Parking is either in the school lot or on the street opposite the playground. There are no picnic tables at this park so bring a blanket.
